A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after inspection, provided no damages occur.

Renters are responsible for setting up, cleaning up, and restoring the gym to its original condition.
Any damages caused during the rental period will result in deductions from the security deposit or additional charges.

Activities that risk damage to the facility, including the use of heavy equipment, unapproved decorations, or dangerous sports, are not allowed.
Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable volume to avoid disrupting nearby classrooms or residences.

Enforcement:
Violations of these policies may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of fees.
Repeat violations may lead to a ban on future rentals.
